About Supergirl:
SUPERGIRL is based on the DC character Kara Zor-El, Superman’s cousin, who after 12 years of keeping her powers a secret on Earth, decides to finally embrace her superhuman abilities and be the hero she was always meant to be. Kara lives in National City assisting media mogul Cat Grant. However, Kara’s days of keeping her talents a secret are over when Hank Henshaw, head of a super-secret agency, enlists her to help protect the citizens of National City from sinister threats.

This looks like a crapton of fun! From the few Supergirl episodes I've seen so far, it's tone is a bit too earnest for me at times, but I'm able to live with it because the optimism is genuinely heartwarming and I much prefer a little cheese as opposed to the needlessly dark and brooding Superman we've had so far in the DCEU films (which is by no means Cavill's fault). I'll definitely be checking out this new Supergirl season for the new take on Superman and because Benoist already sold me on the sheer warmth she brings to Kara in the first season.

Im so dissapointed they didnt go with the new 52 outfit for superman seeing as tyler hoechin is slim unlike cavill. Would made more sense

What smallville did in 10 seasons, it took Supergirl 2 seasons to do.
I like tyler in teen wolf plus he was much bigger and stronger but now he just looks like a skinny superman they should have picked someone else. Brandon Routh isn't doing anything they should have pulled him out of the closet to play superman
